QASAIR® Rangehoods
Qasair have been manufacturing rangehoods in Victoria for over 40 years and are widely recognised as a leader in kitchen ventilation throughout Australia.
The foundation for excellence set by Qasair designers over 40 years ago still applies today and they continue to find new designs and shapes to set kitchens apart as a fashion statement in todays demanding lifestyles.
Qasair not only manufacture products that attain the highest standard of performance, but that are also innovative in design. They also offer a range of coloured stainless steel that will make a fashion statement and add flair and colour to your modern kitchen.
Qasair boasts perfection with Stainless Steel Type 304 and the option of Marine Grade Stainless Steel when close to salt water locations.
Qasair Rangehoods are designed and made to remove the four by-products of cooking:
- Heat. It consists of expanded air molecules which move rapidly in both an upward and outward pattern;
- Steam. The act of cooking expands water molecules almost 1800 times, as they become steam. As this vapour escapes, it carries grease and odours which are absorbed into clothing, walls and furnishings;
- Grease. Vapourised cooking grease is the major problem created by cooking. This grease is an organic matter which settles on every surface ad causes discolouration and an unsightly mess;
- Odours. These cling to walls and furnishings, which can be solved by ducting to the outside atmosphere.
Qasair Rangehoods feature the two necessary factors:
1. Unequaled performance with high air movement;
- 1 motor on Low has an air movement of 450m3/h
- 1 motor on High has an air movement of 900m3/h
- 2 motors on High have an air movement of 1800m3/h
- 3 motors on High have an air movement of 2700m3/h
2. and with extremely low noise level.

- Energy saving LED strip lighting. Some models are equipped with a nightlight.
- Dishwasher safe, stainless steel mesh filters

- Some rangehoods can be powerkoted in any Dulux Powdercoat colour.
As well as an extremely quiet all metal fan, most Qasair Rangehoods are insulated with fibre glass matting which acts as a sound deadening barrier.
The decibel rating on the hoods is between 36.5 to 55 decibels which is extremely quiet.
All Qasair Indoor Rangehoods come with a 3 year manufacturers’ warranty which is extended to a total of 6 years when an Approved Installer installs the rangehood.

Rangecraft Plasma Rangehoods
Rangecraft plasma rangehoods are for kitchens that cannot be vented to the outside atmosphere in apartment buildings or when the kitchen is in the centre of the house and it is not practically possible to duct to the outside.
ORIGINATING from the Space and Military Industry, the plasmaNorm® technology was further developed for the elimination of odours in restaurant and food processing industries.
In many European cities it is necessary to install plasma units in restaurants and food establishments that will handle up to 60,000m3/hour so the residents are not subjected to unhealthy odours and pollutants.
Rangecraft uses the revolutionary plasmaNorm® plasma air purification technology to effectively and permanently remove the by-products of cooking. Originating from the need for clean air in space travel, the plasmaNorm® technology was developed for the effective elimination of odours.
plasmaNorm® system three stages of extraction
The rangehood removes by-products of cooking – grease, odours, steam and heat with three phases of air purification.
- Filtration - grease extraction and dehumidification of cooking vapours through the standard stainless steel grease filter.
- Plasma - odour molecules undergo a cold combustion process by reacting with plasma. These molecules are disintegrated and oxidized, then converted into oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water molecules.
- Activated Carbon - resultant molecules not captured in phase 2 will be absorbed by the activated carbon filter.

All Rangecraft Rangehoods come with a 3 year manufacturers’ warranty which is extended to a total of 5 years when an Approved Installer installs the rangehood.
The carbon filter must be replaced approximately every 5 years by a Condari Approved Service Agent. Please note, the carbon filter may need replacing before 5 years depending on the style of cooking and how often the rangehood is used.
Condor BBQ Rangehoods
Condor Barbecue Rangehoods are Australia’s finest BBQ Rangehoods. Designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia.
The Condor Barbecue Rangehood is an essential appliance in the alfresco outdoor area.
Condor Rangehoods deliver powerful airflow to remove any smoke and grease from cooking, combined with minimal noise to ensure that you and your guests enjoy the perfect alfresco experience.
As alfresco areas are becoming increasingly elaborate, being equipped with high-powered BBQ's as well a variety of traditionally indoor appliances such as fridges, dishwashers and even flat screen TVs, a robust rangehood that delivers powerful airflow to remove smoke and grease from the area is indispensable - especially if this area can be fully enclosed.
The Condor Rangehoods are designed especially to remove the by-products of cooking in the alfresco outdoor area.
Cooking on barbecues and other alfresco cooking equipment such as hotplates and spits can generate copious amounts of smoke as well as grease, moisture and odours that settle on surrounding furniture and fixtures creating an unpleasant and unhygienic environment.
Condors are all equipped with three highly powerful German motors to remove these by-products of cooking before they ruin the ambience of your alfresco area.
Condors are also exceptionally deep to fully capture the smoke generated by the BBQ. All models have a depth of 800mm with two sets of stainless steel filters to ensure capture efficiency of the rangehoods are at a maximum.
Condor motors have an air movement of 900m3/h per motor and are made exclusively for Condari. All standard Condors are triple motored and move
2700m3/h of air.
Condor Rangehoods are all highly insulated with fibreglass matting within the body of the rangehood – a material that provides a sound-deadening barrier. This ensures that while removing massive amounts of air, the Condors are still extremely quiet in operation.
Correctly ducted rangehoods ensure that they operate at maximum efficiency with minimal noise.
